The Arla Cheddar & Mozzarella is the newest addition to the Arla assortment of shredded cheeses. Taste above all characterizes Arla Cheddar & Mozzarella. It has the creaminess from the mozzarella and the tangy, nutty taste from the cheddar. The mozzarella is white to pale yellow. The cheddar is naturally white, however, consumers recognize cheddar in the classic pumpkin-like orange colour, as there is a long tradition for colouring cheddar across the world.
